1. Services & Counseling Bookings

fourpaysave operates as an online marketplace matching business clients and students with expert professional mentors and counselors. Booking a consultation session constitutes an agreement to pay the listed service fee for the expert's time. All bookings are scheduled in advance and require secure prepaid transactions.

2. Client Responsibilities

When creating an account or booking a session on our platform, you agree to provide authentic and accurate details (such as Name, Email, and Phone). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and checking in on time for your scheduled Google Meet session.

3. Payments & Fees

The billing parameters (such as per-minute fees and total aggregate GST splits) displayed on the Checkout page are calculated dynamically. All values are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments must be settled successfully via our checkout gateway before consultation links are generated and dispatched.

4. License & Content

Unless otherwise stated, fourpaysave and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on fourpaysave. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from fourpaysave for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish material or counselor profiles from fourpaysave.
• Sell, rent or sub-license material from fourpaysave.
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from fourpaysave.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that territory for any dispute management.
