Refund & Cancellation Policy

At fourpaysave, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with the consultation sessions they book. This policy details our cancellation rules and refund processes for booking fees.
1. Cancellation by the Client
You can cancel or reschedule your booked consultation session up to 24 hours before the scheduled slot start time. To request a cancellation, please email us with your booking reference at info@4paysave.com or initiate a ticket via our Contact section.
Cancellations requested within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will not be eligible for a refund, as the consultant’s slot was reserved specifically for you.
2. Cancellation by the Consultant / Platform
In the rare event that an expert is unavailable due to an emergency or technical failure, you will be notified immediately. You will be offered the option to:
- Reschedule the session to a different slot at no additional cost.
- Receive a full (100%) refund of the transaction amount.
3. Refund Processing & Timelines
Once a refund is approved, the transaction is processed back to the original payment source (credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking) used at checkout. Refunds are processed via our payment gateway partner, Razorpay.
Standard processing timelines for refunds to reflect in your account are 5 to 7 business days, subject to bank clearing cycles.
4. No-Show Policy
If you fail to check in or join the designated Google Meet link within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, it will be marked as a "No-Show." No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
