At Faduindia, we are committed to maintaining a trusted and high-quality marketplace for event and occasion wear. To ensure a smooth experience for both sellers and customers, all sellers must follow the guidelines outlined below.

1. Product Authenticity

• All items listed must be 100% authentic and as described.

• Sellers are responsible for ensuring products are free from defects and meet the quality standards expected by Fourpaysave customers.

2. Listings & Descriptions

• Product titles, images, and descriptions must be clear, accurate, and not misleading.

• Stock availability must be updated regularly to prevent overselling or customer disappointment.

3. Shipping & Handling

• Orders must be shipped within the time frame committed on the product page (generally 1–3 business days).

• Sellers are responsible for securely packaging items to prevent damage during delivery.

4. Returns & Cancellations

• Sellers must accept returns for defective or incorrect items.

• All return or cancellation requests must be addressed within 48 hours.

• Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect products will be borne by the seller.

5. Pricing & Discounts

• Pricing must be fair and competitive.

• Sellers should clearly list any applicable taxes, fees, or shipping charges.

6. Communication

• Sellers must respond to customer queries within 24 hours.

• Respectful and professional communication is expected at all times.

7. Prohibited Products

• Counterfeit, pirated, or replica products are strictly prohibited.

• Any listings violating local laws or Faduindia’s guidelines will be removed immediately.

8. Account Suspension

• Fourpaysave reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts that violate these policies or receive repeated complaints.
