1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)
You can cancel your order only before it is shipped/dispatch from our warehouse.
✅ Cancellation is allowed if:
Your order status is Confirmed / Processing
Order has not been shipped
❌ Cancellation is NOT allowed if:
Order is already Shipped / Dispatched
Order is Out for Delivery
Order is Delivered
2. How to Request Cancellation
To cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID and registered mobile number/email:

We recommend contacting us within 1–2 hours after placing the order for faster cancellation confirmation.
3. Cancellation Charges
Before shipping: No cancellation charges (100% refund as per refund timeline)
After shipping: Cancellation not possible (you can request return as per Return & Exchange Policy)
4. Refund Timeline (If Cancelled Successfully)
If your order is cancelled successfully, refunds will be processed as follows:
Online Payments (UPI/Card/Net Banking): 5–7 business days
Wallet/Other Payment Methods: As per provider timelines
Refund will be credited to the original payment method used while placing the order.
5. Special Cases
Cancellation may not be possible for:
Customized / Special request orders
Limited stock / Flash sale items
Orders marked as “Non-Cancellable”
In such cases, our support team will guide you with the best available solution.
